ClaimShield provides AI-assisted insurance claims analysis and dispute document drafting services ("the Service"). By using ClaimShield, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ClaimShield is a technology service. The dispute letters, analyses, and recommendations generated by our AI agents are AI-generated outputs, not legal advice. For significant claims or complex legal questions, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional.
ClaimShield makes no representation or warranty that any AI-generated output is complete, accurate, or sufficient for your purposes. You should independently verify all outputs before relying on them.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
The 15% success fee under the Full Dispute Package is calculated on the total amount recovered, including any additional payment made by the insurer after the dispute letter is submitted. The fee is capped at $10,000 AUD. You agree to notify ClaimShield of any recovery within 14 days of receiving payment from your insurer.
No recovery = no success fee.
If you are not satisfied with the analysis, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once a dispute letter has been delivered, the $199 Claim Audit fee is non-refundable as the service has been fully rendered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimShield Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service. ClaimShield is not liable for:
